Sewing and Crafting Classes:
We have two classrooms. One is on-site and the other is down the street at Smart Art & Craft Supplies. This is a nonprofit and has come alongside us to help with this event. They have offered us their classroom space for the entire weekend. They are only a 1-2 minute drive and a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Class costs will vary depending on the instructor/clas. Some will be FREE.

Vendors:
Our Vendor space is not huge. The space will allow for up to 4 vendors. Since space is limited we are charging a booth fee this year.

Booth space fee: $75, first come first serve with priority given to previous vendors, instructors, and volunteers.

The Supply Swap:

Thursday / Friday
Bring your unwanted but good or new condition craft items to The Supply Swap booth after you check-in. We will weigh your times and issue you 1 set of raffle tickets per 1/2 lb of supplies. One side of your raffle ticket is your currency for shopping. The other is an entry for our raffle prizes.

Shopping times:

Leftover craft supplies will be donated to Smart Art + Craft Supplies
Your raffle ticket is your currency. 1 ticket = 1/2 lb of supplies.
You may purchase more tickets any time during vendor hall hours: $4 per ticket or 3/$10

The Dinner:
Saturday night we will have a family dinner. You must purchase a dinner ticket at least one week prior to the event.
